The 5th China Int'l Polyamide & Intermediates Forum successfully lowered the curtain on Dec 7, 2007. Under the support from China Chemical Fiber Association (CCFA) and China National Chemical Fiber Co., China Chemical Fiber Economic Information Network (CCFEI) and Tecnon OrbiChem co-organized this fifth yearly event. Especially, BASF has sponsored whole process of this Forum. During the two-day Forum, speakers from China Chemical Fiber Association, CCFEI, Tecnon OrbiChem, BASF AG, Shijiazhuang Chemical Fiber, Shenma Group, Zaklady Azotowe w Tarnowie-Moscicach S.A., PT Elsoro Multi Pratama, Solutia Inc., Nippon Oil Corporation, Sinopec, Rhodia, Bruggemann Chemical, etc. delivered their impressive speeches, which covered Analysis in 2007 Nylon Industry, Perspective on China Caprolactam Market in 2008, World Review of PA6 and PA66, World Caprolactam Availability and the Growing Role of PA6 Polymer Sales, Asian Benzene market and ACP, Additives for Polyamides to Improve Physical Properties and Commercial Value in Technical Applications, The Application of Nylon Engineering Plastics and Its Market, etc.

Part of participants thought Nylon Engineering Plastics would have a 15%-20% growth rate in the following years, which present a positive future.
