The 16th China International Polyamide & Intermediates Forum, supported by Nylon Committee of China Chemical Fibers Association (CCFA), China Hi-tech Group Corporation and China National Chemical Fiber Corp., organized by CHTC Landview Network Co., Ltd. (CCFEI) and Tecnon OrbiChem, is held at 9:00 a.m., 6th December, 2018 in Golden Tulip Shanghai Rainbow Hotel, China. Fujian Shenyuan New Materials and Yufeng Chemical Fiber Machinery are sponsors for this event.
Around 400 participants from leading players gather again to share their ideas about widely concerned issues of the nylon chain, to name just a few: CCFA, CPDC, DOMO Chemicals, Fibrant, Hengyi Petrochemical, Highsun Synthetic Fiber, INVISTA, Jinjiang Technology, KuibyshevAzot, Lubao Coking Group, PULWAY, Shenma Group, SCC, Sinopec, Sumitomo, Tianchen Yaolong, Xinhui Meida, Yangquan Coal Industry...etc.
In the first-day sessions, we will have 9 speeches in the first day, with five in the morning, four in the afternoon, and there will be another five speeches for the second day.

In his speech titled How will US-China Trade Friction Impact China’s Chemical Fiber Industry, Mr. Deng refers to the history and reason behind Sino-US trade tension, makes analysis on status quo and possible impact on chemical fiber, particularly nylon industry.

Based on analysis on cyclical and structural factors, tightening monetary policies overseas, and structural reformation, he comes to the conclusion that inflation center will take a mild upward trend. He also presents a perspective of post-cycle capital market.

Charles Fryer, Chairman of Board, Tecnon OrbiChem makes a report on Caprolactam World Markets and the Special Influence of Cyclohexanone Availability in China. According to Mr. Fryer’s forecast, in 2019 China’s domestic caprolactam capacity is expected to see overcapacity given constant capacity expansion, while environment protection and cyclohexanone shortage factors may not count so much as in 2017-2018.
