1)Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The service provided by the CCFEI Net will completely and strictly obey the terms and conditions issued by CCFEI Net. To be an authorized member of CCFEI Net you must completely agree to abide by all terms and conditions contained in this Member Agreement ("Agreement") and must complete the registration procedures.

2)The Service
CCFEI Net will provide network service about the industry information for the authorized member by using its own operation system through Internet. The authorized member must accept the sale policy of CCFEI's member system and afford USD2000 as the service payment every year.
As for the importance of net service CCFEI Net provides, the authorized member must:
(1) Agree to provide more detailed and exact personal information
(2) Agree to continually renew registration information to tally with the requests of betimes, exactness and exhaustiveness.
CCFEI Net will keep names, addresses and pen names secret for registered members except that:
(1) CCFEI Net is authorized to disclose these information by its members.
(2) CCFEI Net is required to provide individual information by related laws and procedures of the People's Republic of China.
CCFEI Net will reserve the right to deprive you of your qualification to enjoy our network service if you provide the incorrect information.

3)The Modification of Service Terms
CCFEI Net reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of service terms at any time. Once it happens, we will point it out at the important net pages. If this Agreement or any further changes are unacceptable to you or cause you no longer to be in compliance with the Agreement, you can remove your membership from CCFEI Net. Your continued use of CCFEI Net after any change to this Agreement appears means you have accepted it. We may change or halt the service at any time without notice or liability to our members or a third party.

4)Privacy Policy of Authorized Members
That the privacy of all authorized members is respected by us is an basic policy, So CCFEI will not disclose, publish or change any private information registered and preserved in CCFEI Net except that it is requested by laws or is necessary in such conditions as follows:
(1) It is requested by related laws of the P.R.China and is in compliance with legal service procedure of CCFEI Net.
(2) CCFEI Net's trademark is withheld and protected.
(3) We will do our best to keep and protect the private security of individual or social group in urgent times.
(4) It's in compliance with other related requests.

5)ID., Passwords and Security of Authorized Members.
Once you register successfully and become a legally authorized member, you will get the user's name and password.
As an authorized member, you must take all responsibilities for your user's name, password, all activities and events performed under your user's name. You can change your password at any time according to the situation. The ID and password provided by CCFEI can only be used in one computer at the same time. Please inform CCFEI Net immediately if authorized members find some illegal use of account No or any leak minatory to the security of CCFEI Net.

6)Disclaimers
Authorized members must assume risks by themselves for the use of the services, while CCFEI does not make any kind of warranties no matter it is indicated or implied. However the limitation does not involve the implied commercial warranties or warranties for a particular purpose or the non-violated ones, and we specifically disclaim any warranty on hereinafter:
a) That the service of CCFEI Net must meet requirements of authorized members.
b) That the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free or secure or timely.
c) That any kind of purchase services or transaction procedures goes on the CCFEI Net.

7)Limited liabilities
CCFEI Net will have no liability for any direct, indirect, accidental or special damage which may come from incorrect or illegal use of network service, purchase or transaction on our net and enjoyment of the same kind of service or altered information provided by our members. All these activities will do harm to CCFEI Net's fame, so we point out the probability of such damages in advance.

8)Limitation and Storage of Information
CCFEI Net has no liability for the deletion or storage failure made by authorized member. CCFEI Net also has the right to judge whether the authorized member's behavior is compliant with the terms of service or not. Once you breach this Agreement, we will have the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service.

9)Submitting Contents
As an authorized member, you are responsible for the contents uploaded by yourself. The use of this website must in compliance with standards stipulated in laws including state law, local law and international law.
Authorized members should remember that:
(1) Posting technical materials from home to abroad must be in compliance with laws of P.R.China.
(2) CCFEI Net can't be illegally used.
(3) Don't disturb or confuse CCFEI Net.
(4) Comply with all agreements, regulation, procedures and conventions of CCFEI Net.

Make the promise that you may not:

Authorized members must take responsibilities for your own conducts such as spreading some reactionary, sexually or other unlawful information, and the system recorder of this website may record it as a testimony.

10)Guarantee
As an authorized member, you should agree to ensure and maintain the benefits of all members of CCFEI Net and agree to pay lawyer fees for your use of this website that beyond the service limits, or damages caused by violating the terms of service.

11)Termination
Network service can be terminated wholly or partially at any time according to practical conditions. Both authorized member and CCFEI have the right to do so. And CCFEI will take no responsibility for any person or a third party.
If you disagree with the lately altered terms or are unsatisfied with the service of our website, you can:
(1) Terminate the website services.
(2) Inform CCFEI Net to terminate the service.
After that you will have no right to use this website service, that is to say CCFEI Net has no obligation to transfer any indisposed information or unfinished service to you.

The authorized member must take the responsibility for his or her own activities such as:
(1) Adding propaganda materials or participating advertisement schemes into their published information.
(2) Exhibiting their products in the free service column of CCFEI Net.
(3) Authorized member should take responsibilities for their own activities such as transferring merchandise, payment, service, transaction condition, guarantee and other description related to advertisement, while CCFEI Net has no legal liability.

14)The Ownership of Website Service
Website service prescribed by CCFEI Net is referred to: words, software, sounds, photo, video, graphics, all contents in the advertisement, all contents of email and other information provided by CCFEI Net. 15)Law
The service provisions are obedient to laws of P.R.China. Both CCFEI Net and authorized members should submit to the domination of Higher People's Court. If some service provisions contradict the terms of laws of P.R.China, these service provisions will be revised according to laws of P.R.China, while other provisions are still effective.
