At the time you register to become a Registered User of CCFEI Trading Zone, you will be asked to complete a registration form which requires you provide information such as your company name, your name, address, phone/fax number, email address and other personal information as well as information about your business. If you submit any information to CCFEI Trading Zone to be published on the Site through the publishing tools, then you are deemed to have given consent to the publication of such information.
CCFEI Trading Zone makes no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, validity or authenticity of any information provided on or through the site. CCFEI Trading Zone doest not represent or warranty that the manufacture, importation, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale and/or use of products or services offered or displayed on the site does not violate any third party rights. And CCFEI Trading Zone makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning any product or service offered or displayed on the Site.
No one is allowed to transmit any image from the Site, except in writing by an authorized officer of CCFEI Trading Zone, otherwise will infringe copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability

User acknowledges that CCFEI Trading Zone has no control over such third party's web site, does not monitor such sites, and CCFEI Trading Zone shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such web site, or any content, products or services made available on such a website.
2. CCFEI Trading Zone shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for the Site, Content, services, or such information made available on websites offered by third parties by hyperlinks (in the form of word link, banners, channels or otherwise). CCFEI Trading Zone shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, any damage to its computer system or loss of data).
3. If you submit any information to CCFEI Trading Zone, then you are deemed to have given consent to the publication of such information. Through the Site, CCFEI Trading Zone provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between buyers and suppliers of products and services. CCFEI Trading Zone does not represent the seller nor the buyer in specific transactions. However, CCFEI Trading Zone reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any material displayed on the Site which it reasonably believes is unlawful, could subject CCFEI Trading Zone to liability, violates its internet service supplier or other suppliers or is otherwise found inappropriate in CCFEI Trading Zone opinion. In addition, CCFEI Trading Zone is not responsible for the conduct of any User's activities on the Site, and shall not be liable to any person in connection with any damage suffered by any person as a result of such User's conduct.

5. The Credit Authentication on E-shop comes out of trading honesty on CCFEI Trading Zone, and just makes your further contact valid. We are not liable to any person for any damage result from the Credit Authentication.
